Has Kroger stopped accepting double coupons?

Can’t find any kroger in Georgia that accepts double coupons
Sadly, Kroger no longer accepts double coupons in many southern states. This includes South Carolina, Texas, Alabama, Georgia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Southern Illinois.
So far only stores in Nashville, central Tennessee & eastern Tennessee still honor double coupons.
